Based on the three “Er Outdoors programmes made for Resonance FM (2016/2017), Geography Workshop worked in co-production with ResonanceFM productions to make a 27 minute programme to distil the voices and working practices of five walking women artists, asking the simple question “Why do I walk?” Michael Umney Sound recorded, and engineered interviews with artists and script / script and interview editing was in collaboration with Geography Workshop. The programme Women Who Walk was part of the BBC Radio 4 ‘The Art of Now’ series and can be found on BBC Sounds here
